TRADING SETTINGS, AUTOMATION SUSPENSION AND FEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT v8
By enabling, continuing, modifying, or stopping automated trading, the User confirms and agrees to the following:
1. Deviation from Recommended Settings
The User understands that the Service may provide recommended trading settings, including recommended values for position size, leverage, stop-loss, take-profit, risk limits, averaging, and other strategy parameters.
The User acknowledges that any deviation from the recommended settings may materially increase trading risks, including the risk of increased losses, higher drawdown, liquidation, insufficient margin, or loss of some or all funds allocated to trading.
The User independently decides whether to use or modify the recommended settings and assumes full responsibility for the consequences of such changes.
2. Suspension or Termination of Automated Trading
The User understands that when automated trading is stopped, suspended, disabled, disconnected, or otherwise becomes unavailable, the trading system may immediately cease monitoring and managing open positions and pending orders.
In particular, the Service may no longer:
a. update stop-loss or take-profit orders;
b. manage trailing-stop levels;
c. close positions according to the strategy;
d. adjust positions or risk parameters;
e. respond to market movements or trading signals.
Open positions and pending orders may remain active on the connected exchange after automated trading has stopped.
The User acknowledges that market conditions may continue to change after automation is stopped and that the financial result of any unmanaged position may become unpredictable.
The User is solely responsible for reviewing, monitoring, modifying, or closing all open positions and pending orders directly through the connected exchange.
3. Performance-Based Fees
The User agrees that the Service may charge commissions or performance-based fees in connection with profitable trades, in accordance with the applicable tariff, pricing plan, or fee schedule.
The User authorizes the Company to automatically deduct such commissions from the balance of the Userβs Service account.
The amount of the commission may be calculated based on the profit attributed to a completed trade, position, strategy, trading period, or other calculation method specified in the applicable pricing terms.
The User is responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance in the Userβs Service account to cover all applicable commissions and fees.
The User understands that exchange fees, funding payments, borrowing costs, taxes, and other third-party charges may be deducted separately and are not included in the Service commission unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. User Confirmation
By accepting this acknowledgement, the User confirms that the User:
a. understands that changing recommended trading settings may increase trading risk;
b. accepts full responsibility for all settings selected by the User;
c. understands that the Service may stop managing positions when automated trading is disabled or unavailable;
d. accepts responsibility for manually managing all open positions and pending orders after automation stops;
e. agrees to the automatic deduction of applicable commissions from the Userβs Service account balance in connection with profitable trades;
f. has reviewed and accepted the applicable tariff and fee calculation rules.
Don't create duplicate tickets - this only slows down support's response due to the queue of requests from other, equally valued customers. Don't repeat requests via email, chat, or phone. Support verifies customers exclusively through the ticket system. Requests must be submitted from a personal account that has related services. Anonymous requests or requests from personal accounts unrelated to services may be rejected by support.
